Thank you for using Passport AI. Passport AI is operated by Maksim Lipatnikov.

Payments for Passport AI are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle handles payment processing, billing, taxes, and refunds.

1. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the transaction, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the transaction is completed.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must submit your refund request before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted through Paddle.

You can request a refund by:

  • Using the support link included in your Paddle receipt email, or
  • Contacting Paddle support directly.

Please include:

  • The email used for the purchase
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of your request

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is granted, the payment will be reimbursed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the refund request has been approved.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time to prevent future renewals.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to the service will continue until the end of that period unless a refund is issued.
